We at Family and Community Services are always interested in meeting the needs of our clients and improving our services. Because we encourage and learn from feedback, we distribute in-house surveys to our clients involved in mental health, family, or substance counseling twice a year and after termination of services. In addition to confidentially and anonymously answering several questions, clients are also given the opportunity to provide additional comments. Below are some of their comments in the past year:
